Shuqi Ye has served as Advisor and Head of Office to the CEO of SCOR since September 2025.

Shuqi has an extensive background in (re)insurance. She began her career in AXA where she undertook a variety of roles spanning Finance, Strategy and Investor Relations. She joined SCOR in 2022. During her tenure with SCOR’s Investor Relations team, she effectively addressed financial market concerns and played a key role in developing and communicating the company’s strategic direction. Shuqi is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Master of Science in Management from the ESSEC Business School in France.
