Patricia serves as CEO of Porto Seguro. She has held executive leadership roles in the insurance industry for over a decade. She joined Porto in December 2023, overseeing initiatives focused on digital strategy, technology, portfolio expansion, and the acceleration of advanced analytics.

Prior to joining Porto, she held several leadership positions at the multinational insurance company Liberty, ultimately serving as CEO and building a solid track track record rooted in business model innovation. In 2024, she took office as President of SindSeg SP (the Syndicate of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of the State of São Paulo), becoming the first woman to hold the position in 80 years.

Throughout her career, Patricia has remained deeply committed to workplace diversity and inclusion as fundamental pillars for the sector. She holds a degree in Economics from Vassar College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
