Priyanka Roberts serves as Director of Strategy at Arch Capital Group, where she supports the development and execution of the Group’s strategic agenda for the Reinsurance segment, which accounts for 50% of the Group’s Gross Written Premium. Working directly for the President, Maamoun Rajeh, she is responsible for enterprise‑level strategy formulation and the governance and execution of key strategic initiatives.

Mrs. Roberts has been with Arch since September 2024, and brings significant experience in corporate strategy, risk management, and executive decision-making.

Prior to Arch, she spent more than a decade at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s Executive Office, where she focused on business selection and strategic evaluation. In this role, she assessed strategic initiatives, reputational and conflict-related risks, and advised senior leadership on matters spanning advisory, investment, and financing activities, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives and risk framework. She began her professional career in corporate law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.

A dual US and UK citizen residing in Bermuda, Mrs. Roberts holds an MBA from Imperial College London and an MA (Hons) in English Literature and History from the University of Edinburgh.
